Yes, I'm still out here....

It’s been a while… Have been pretty busy since coming back from Nashville. Had something to do every weekend (play cards with friends, see a great concert and then head off to the ‘rents for Easter and my niece fix.)

So today I came home from work, weather still rather windy and chilly but wanted to mow the grass. Love that smell of cut grass. But in mowing realized how out of shape I have become. Even more so than normal I think. Need to build back up at least being able to mow without back and leg pain and sweating like a pig.

Also need to get reading for a test I have signed up for at work.

So I will try to eek out a few blogs here and there over the next few weeks.

But excitement looms in the future!!!

I will be making my and Jim W’s reservations for Vegas tonight.

Lynne turns 40 in September and has invited everyone to Vegas to CELEBRATE! So if you can be in Vegas sometime between Sept. 19th and the 25th let me know and I will meet you for a cold confection (WONDERFUL gelato at the Venetian! that's it in the pic above)

I also bought an IPod as a result of playing with Ann’s IPod in Nashville. I currently have 3000 songs on it (and 1000 pics). Love listening to a random sample. On the way home from my ‘rents yesterday I went from Heart to Rocky Horror to bluegrass…. Only in my IPod!

Oh that's another project I need to finish, importing the rest of my CD collection...
