Time
Why is it that with Christmas a fortnight and a day ago, it feels as long ago as my last trip to Vegas yet when I'm sitting at my parent's next Thanksgiving watching the Macy's parade it will feel like I had just watched the last year's parade a few days ago?

LOL! Because we are getting old, and life moves faster than we do whether we like it or not. And anyway, based on the Christmas you had, seems to be you WANT it to be as farrrr away as possible.

I don't know why...It's kind of like why does 5 minutes with my ex-husband feel like 5 THOUSAND minutes but 5 minutes of snooze-alarm sleep feels like 5 seconds.
